What is OmniBotHub?
OmniBotHub is a workspace for building and managing AI website assistants. Organize sites, prepare business knowledge, configure your chatbot and review recorded usage in the customer portal.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Create a site, prepare and test your content, then publish your settings. Once service-side runtime is enabled and the site passes readiness checks, the Install page provides a widget snippet to copy into your website.
Can I manage more than one website?
Yes. Sites are organized within workspaces, with their own content and configuration. Available allowances depend on your workspace’s assigned plan and service configuration.
How does the assistant use my content?
Add plain text, a single public HTTPS page, or a supported TXT, Markdown or text-based PDF file. Ready, enabled knowledge sources can be used to find relevant context for answers when Knowledge and RAG are enabled. Web pages are not automatically crawled. Always test important questions; AI answers can be incorrect.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Free is the default plan for new workspaces. You can create an account without purchasing a paid plan. Specific allowances and enabled features are shown in your workspace.
Can I buy or change my plan now?
Starter and Pro prices are shown for planning. Paid checkout and self-service paid plan changes are not currently available. Your current assigned plan is visible in the customer portal.
Do I need coding knowledge?
Site settings and business information are managed through the portal. Installation requires adding a short script snippet to your website; you may need access to its custom-code settings or help from whoever maintains it.
Where can I manage my account?
Sign in to access your workspaces, or open the customer portal if you already have a session.
